Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to know how to skate?

We welcome skaters of all levels! However, we do ask that all club members have some skating background, even if it is minimal. This is for safety reasons. We have coaches that will be present during practice, that can provide you with assistance if needed!

Do I need my own skates?

Yes, we ask that all club members have their own skates! This is because we cannot guarantee rental skates will be available during our practices.

What is required of club members?

Members are not required to attend practices or competitions, but we do require involvement from members when it comes to fundraising/volunteering. Members are required to pay dues on a semester basis.
